Only a Day Away!

Tomorrow is the actual, official start of Circle in the Square. I have been belting my face off all night, trying to find the best songs for Singing Interpretation. The neighbors are probably pissed. I'm kind of dry but I bought throat coat today so everything is going to be a-okay. I'm a little worried about finding scenes for scene study...I spent like 2 hours in the Drama Bookshop today and found tons of modern obscure ones I love but I didn't want to buy any scripts until I have a scene partner. My only scene study experience to date was being in a mildly inappropriate scene from Beyond Therapy with a friend I have known since like preschool (shoutout to Max!) in which we had to be on a date. We were NOT mature enough for that scene; the first time we read it, we both hysterically laughed/cried for the rest of class!
The rest of today was spent preparing in other ways. Like I said, I looked at a bunch of scripts. Before Mom left this morning, we went to Fairway down the street, which is EDEN. IT IS MY NEW FAVORITE PART OF NEW YORK. IT IS COSTCO MEETS TRADER JOE'S MEETS WHOLE FOODS. IT IS EVERYTHING. IT IS LIFE. It is also fairly inexpensive. SO I bought a bunch of stuff. Then after Mom left, I went to get my head shot printed. Only I couldn't decide which one I liked best so I printed 6 different versions. It was $30, which is theoretically my daily food budget. Thankfully, Mom paid for the groceries!
So I'm totally pumped for tomorrow, and I might even be ready! :D
